AppleUsed is an independent B2B supplier and service provider for pre-owned Apple devices. We buy used iPhone, iPad and Mac stock from retailers and traders, sell inspected pre-owned devices in bulk, provide repair services at volume, and operate after-sales / warranty fulfilment on behalf of resellers.
We serve wholesalers, second-hand shop owners and repair shops worldwide, with a focus on Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America and Africa. The website is available in 34 languages.
Four Service Lines
- Buy-back / Sourcing — We purchase used iPhone, iPad and Mac stock in bulk from retailers, repair shops and traders. Lots are quoted after inspection against our published grading scale. Working and non-working (for-parts) stock are quoted separately.
- Wholesale supply — We sell inspected pre-owned devices in bulk. Each unit is graded, battery health is recorded, and data is wiped before dispatch. Mixed lots and grade-sorted lots are both available.
- Repair services at volume — Screen, battery, camera, charging port and board-level repair for resellers who do not run an in-house workshop.
- After-sales / warranty fulfilment — We handle post-sale device issues on behalf of resellers: intake, diagnosis, repair or replacement, and return logistics.
