Our QC system contains 6 modules and 384 standardized inspection steps, ensuring every device meets delivery standards.
Six Major Inspection Modules
1. Appearance Inspection: Detailed check of screen, housing, frame, and other exterior components.
2. Full Function Test: Verification of all functional modules including camera, buttons, calls, and signal.
3. Performance Stress Test: Performance stress testing through gaming and photo/video recording.
4. Battery Life Test: Battery health and actual usage time testing.
5. Waterproof Seal Re-check: Ensuring the device's waterproof performance meets standards.
6. Final Delivery QC: The last comprehensive check before shipment.
